The inside of the units are great. Spacious affordable floor plans. However the grounds are not maintained. The complex doesn't provide dog bags to clean up waste even though we pay $10 a month pet rent to have those provided. Its like a poop minefield... GROSS!!! also my downstairs neighbors like to sit on the stairs all hours of the day doing their "business" whilst smoking marijuana and drinking. they also leave their dog on the porch to bark all day and night. my next door neighbor has a meth lab that caught fire one day and the 80 year old security guard came out and informed me that everything was fine.

there is trash on the grounds everywhere, broke down cars taking up the already limited parking spots. and noone seems to want to do anything about any of this..

the gates are always broken because the drug dealers on location break them because it affects their business and the apt can't afford to keep fixing them.

the staff is unprofessional and rude, and they could care less if any request get made.

i would never recommend this place to anyone and i would like to see it be shut down.

i;m moving tomorrow and i couldnt be happier!!!
