The best of Deep Ellum

I have lived in Deep Ellum for six years now and have lived in 4 different loft communities. The Mitchell if the best by far. The neighbors and exceptional office staff make it a great place to live and play. The roof top is the best as well as the pool area and gameroom. It is far more quiet than the others communities and you don't have as many homeless (though there are a few across the street but they haven't bothered me once in the year and half living here). Intend to call the Mitchell home for awhile.
