What a great place to call home. Beautiful interior building with so much history that it is the coolest thing around. TO lives across the street so that is neat. The management has cahnged and we now have a manager who is actually in the office for us to get packages and pay rent. She even keeps the clients informed about things going on and urges all of the residents to treat The Mitchell as they would a home. It just gets better all the time.

this post must be written by the property manager.. let me add some info to what was said... move here if you want your car broken into regularly, want to see homeless people shitting in buckets and masturbating publicly, move here if your idea of a party is having a car caught on fire and guns being shot out of the window, move here if you have a dog and feel that every time you want to take it on a walk you are concerned about getting mugged, move here if you are into green swimming pools in the summer and elevators that can trap you inside.. in regards to pacages being delivered on time, i guess a 3 week window is considered normal by the property manager,
yes the building is beautiful and the area is unique, but the deteriorating location and constant criminal activity does not make up for the asthetics of the building..
on a side note 7 people have put in a notice in the past month and no one has leased in the past month...
