I personally love the lofts. They have their issues and the biggest is that some of the residents perhaps dont fully understand that they have rented a loft that was originally in a manufacturing plant and has all of the character and the issues related to that. The location is as good as any other loft community or home located in Dallas Texas. When you choose to live anywhere in the US of A you choose to accept ecerything about the city- the good and the bad.

I love it here and will never leave...

Blondebabe... HA HA HA HA!!!!! You either must be management or the one that caused all that ruckus by the pool the other night at 3 fricken clock in the morning with those no class, no shirt wearing, bird chested dudes. Who cares about location. Though the location is cool. People... it's these rich wanna be gansta stripper idiots who have no clue or concept who are causing things to go downhill. You can be Meth head and still rent here as long as the management get's their money. They don't care. They just want to fill a quota, not a community.

What does having dog feces in the hallway and stairs, gang-banger neighbors and constant vehicle break-ins have to do with the fact that the Mitchell used to be a manufacturing plant? I'm glad you love it there and "will never leave" but you're living in la-la land (or maybe you're just a plant from the office) if you won't ackknowledge that the management has a lot of catching up to do before making this place worth the cost.

I agree with EASEIII. We ALL chose to move into the Mitchell Lofts because it was a manufacturing plant that had been tastefully redone. That has NOTHING to do with the issues we've all faced there, many that could have been prevented. After so many years of cars being damaged in the 'secure' parking garage they've yet to even address that one HUGE detail, let alone all the dog issues, etc....I think this favorable post was done by someone within the management team.

why is it that all the positive review are by management?? i love my loft. sure, there are issues with people being inconsiderate, but we live in an apartment complex.... HELLO!!! You want quiet..move to fisco. I like it here... Kudos to EASIII for posting with a name...... I live in th building.. hope we meet soon. Anonymous...hummm too ----- to post your name?? car damage.. humm... I hope you get your perfect world....no crime and no dog ---- and anonymous neighbors... GOOD LUCK!!
