Its hard not to love the place - but there are a few problems

You probably have to really like the hard loft style to want to live here. But if you do, the interior is awesome. Its a bit of a poser loft though -- some apartments are converted from the existing warehouse, but many are 100% new construction.
I'm confused about the noise comments. I can be a pretty irritable person when it comes to noise, but I rarely hear my neighbors. My floors and ceiling are thick concrete! And the retail area outside is usually quiet after 10pm until mid morning.
Speaking of retail ... its totally awesome to be able to have a movie theatre, bars, restaurants and coffee literally downstairs. And the train is really handy.
I had some problems when I first moved in -- broken faucet, dishwasher, towel rack. The quality of the fixtures is really not as good as it appears to be. But the maintenance staff fixes things quickly -- most everything was fixed the same day I reported it.
It is kind of a pricey place to live. That's the only reason I can't give 5 stars Overall. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
