If you are looking for a safe and quiet place to live, Monopoly Place Duplexes has that. The neighborhood is over grown with mature oak trees in the front and most backyards. The neighbors are very friendly and help look out for each other. Repairs are usually done in a timely manner. Personally, I think the electric bills are high for the square footage in the homes. I think the older units could use more insulation and weatherproofing. The management has spent a lot of time and money on renovationg all the units. In my opinion, I think the tenants that have lived here the longest should be priority. For example, painting the houses and garages, replacing old fences and paving the driveways. More time and effort has been spent on building new duplexes and renovation on ones recently purchased.

But, all and all it's been a nice place to live and I feel very safe here. I can't forget to mention that most of the neighbors are all animal lovers. From dogs, to cats birds and fish. Most people know everyone's animals names.
