We moved rom our duplex in may 06 and were very happy to do so. It takes forever to get the maintainance people to even look at something. We first moved in and the fence wasn't even done yet...and it didn't get done till a month after we moved in, and that was after A LOT of complaining. The thing that ruined this place for us is on our last week of living there the renovation crew tore down the fence and started hammering the concrete and dug a hole for foundation. All at 7 in the morning, with a newborn, and with the part of the fence being directly by the bedroom window. The explanation we got was "the new renters want a laundry room, so we have to have it done before hey move in". The thing that tops the cake is that four months later we drove by there and the construction looked exactly the same as when we left. it STILL wasn't done. Don't move here.
