I have lived here for going on 4 years now. This is one of the quietest neighborhoods you will find. Unfortunately it is also one of the most frustrating places to live. I have been trying for nearly 3 years to get insulation, an updated a/c unit, and/or windows replaced. I am in one of the few one-bedroom units left and my electric bill reaches nearly $300 during the summer - and that's with the thermostat hovering at 80. Every time I mention it, I get the same response: "Everyone's is high. Mine is even more than that." Well of course hers is more than that. She lives in a 3-4 bedroom house for Pete's sake! I have also been trying for at least 2 years to get my tree trimmed. I pay a lawn service to fertilize, and I water religiously, but I have horrible looking, patchy grass because the yard gets no sunlight due to a very seriously overgrown tree. I have referred 2 family members here and they have also had more than their share of problems. I truly enjoy living here. It's quiet as can be. I absolutely love my neighbor. Everyone is very pet friendly. And you can't beat the price or location. But I dread receiving my electric bill and I'm tired of coming home and seeing tree trimmings from everyone's yard but my own. It's like they'll say and do absolutely anything to get you here, but once you're here you're on your own.
