PLEASE DON"T MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS~!!!! From: marie_arnesot@yahoo.com Date posted: 6/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   It's been hell since the very first day that I signed a one year contract here at monterra apartments. I am a hispanic women that likes her privacy and peace. I can't get neither of that here anymore. I hear drunk men late hours at the night, and me and my husband can't drink. This is an EVERYDAY THING>>> I have talked to the manager several times but it seems she doesn't take this notice too seriously.. Not only that.. But there is ROACHES IN THE APARTMENT>>> Yes Alot of roaches and the BIG ONES that can fly too. I know you are probably thinking that if you are clean there won't be any... YOUR WRONG I am a very clean person and although I clean and clean the roaches keep coming becuase it's INVESTED WITH THEM and they won't go away only if the apartments can have someone put poison on them. I don't know what else to say.. I haven't slept in along time and well I'm pretty angry and just want to warn any innocent couple or person that is looking for a nice place to live. MONTERRA APARTMENTS IS A HELL HOLE>>>> PLEASE DON"T EVER MOVE IN HERE!!! I KNOW IT"S CHEAP AND EVERYTHING BUT TRUST ME YOU CAN FIND YOURSELF A BETTER APARTMENT. ALSO the god dam Reck has came in the middle of the night and has TAKEN OUR CAR AWAY>> Although we are residents there. the office forgot to give us our sticker... So the reck came one day and when we woke up it was gone!!!!! Me and my husband had to call in at work!! and miss a day, becuase we went out and got it out.. The cost was 175 dollars!! I talked the office manager and she still didn't give a dam, I hear gun shots so much it's not even funny! the dam cops come more then anything. I'm a very laid back and kool person. I like to have a good time too.. In the fouth of july and everything, but in monterra apartments it's EVERYDAY NONSTOP.. You see people trying to break in other people's apartments and stuff, and as of right now I am breaking my contract and getting the ---- out of here. Please I hope I helped someone
