I'll probably sound like a broken record here. 1st- Sound situation makes this place unliveable. As I write this review, I am listening to my upstairs neighbor's dog that has been barking for 2 hours straight (sounds like it is in the next room). I can hear a pin drop 12 units away. The residents are all 100% d-bags with a few rare exceptions- either recently graduated frat boys who still think they live on campus, or coke snorting wh**es and dudes with spikey hair and spray on tans. I can't believe I signed a lease this long. Oh yeah, and the residents leg their dogs p** and sh** right outside all of the exits, in the elevators, in the hallways, and rarely bother to clean it up. They play generic horrible pop music in the hallways and elevators 24 hours a day. There are only 1 or 2 elevators working at most times, so you wait minutes just to catch a ride to your unit. ALSO- they use the pool as a marketing tool, renting it out to private companies and sponsoring retarted parties at every chance they get, so the residents don't get a chance to enjoy it. Seriously, unless you fit the description of the residents I described above, take your time and find a real down town loft to live, not this horrible hell hole.
