SO as reading these reviews i see that some people are really complaning. As my title says it is what it is. The complex is what you make it, if you have such a problem, then you should move when your lease is up and not sit up and come to a review website and complain, and you been living in the complex over a year or 2. Well I just moved to the apartment complex, and as a human being sometime you have to realize where you are staying, I have noticed at night the apartment complex is very quiet, and that's how it should be because people are sleeping, now if someone is talking real loud during the day, that is that person's building, if you have a problem with it, just tune it out. We live in an apartment complex not a house. So if you have a problem with people talking loud and just enjoying themselves with their friends then maybe its time for you to move. A lot of the reviews that I have read come off a little racially motivated. Think about it!!!!

But enough about the negative people that come on here to complain. I have heard good things about the apartments and I have heard bad things about the apartments. But nothing is 100% perfect, these people are trying to do the best they can do, and that's all that we can expect. I love the complex, i love the location of the complex, and i love the distance of it from my job. I talk to Alex and Emily (I think that's her name) in the office, and they are just doing their job, I didn't ask them to be my friends or anything, they are their to do their job, so the people who complain that they are just nice to you so that you can move in. Move ON!! These people are doing their job. If you have roaches, and things in your apartment, well clean it up then, or ask the office workers is there a way that you can get an exterminator or people like that to come out.

I am not a worker, I am a current tenant and their is nothing wrong with the apartment, It will have its good days and it will have its bad days but you know, you can make your living the way you want to make it. If you have a problem with it don't renew your lease move on. Because when one tenant leaves another one comes back.

Would I recommend this complex to friends' Yes I would, if they like the area, like the amount they are paying, if its beneficial for them yes I would'

Do I care about neighbors who are outside of where they stay talking' No because we live in an apartment and we pay rent just like the next person that's on them, i have ways of tuning them out, and if I see them talking and i am walking by, i will say a hello and keep it moving.

Am I affected by the negative/positive reviews I have read' To each its on, I will read the posts and take them into consideration, but I have to understand and make my own judgement, sign my lease, and if I don't like it after my own experience I will just move and not have to talk it down. What is best for me, might not be what's best for someone else. And if I have a problem, I know how to go in the office and talk to the workers, that is what they are here for.

I want to tell Alex I appreciate all the work that he has done to make my move in comfortable, now its my turn to do my duty as a tenant, and I will respect them to do what they are suppose to do as the leasing agents. If its not the proper way, I know how to properly communicate and make sure we have a good understanding as tenant and leasing agent.

So that's enough of mine, but I will give it a positive review, and just say It is What you Make it, Take it for what it is, if you don't like then don't move here. Research your area before moving in, don't judge by a person's opinion.

LMAO could you make it anymore obvious that you WORK in the management office? It's common knowledge that they not only check the reviews on sites like this but they also post on them.

well first of all someone would have to be blind and deaf not to see the issues at this place..as far as comments being racially motivated,i have read most of the posts and i see nothing written about peoples nationality,so you can give up playing he race card here..and the part about friends hanging in the breezeways and enjoying good conversation is such a joke,or a lie and a half..or watching an adult resident walk outside and spit on the breezeway wall and go back inside..which i personally witnessed..if all this considered normal and acceptable to you,then more power to you,,enjoy your stay in paradise (hell)

Yeah whatever. I guess if you like the ghetto then you are right at home! People write reviews here because they were so screwed by this apt complex that they want to vent and warn others! I is called the truth. Let it set you free honey!
