In addition to no hot water for 2 weeks at a time, ants infesting the place, a leaking roof, no heat on several cold days and no air on a few warm days, the neighbors are loud and obnoxious (playing stereos LOUDLY, yelling, throwing parties at all hours of the day and night)and the police have to come out to the property for something or another quite frequently (fights, drunken people wandering around, being loud and beligerant, car break-ins), poor parking. When the staff are asked to do something about these things, they act as if they are being put out to take care of matters and repair things and are definately not polite. These complaints are not derived from just being upset about one or two things, but just being completely fed up with unhealthy and unsafe living conditions with nobody wanting or caring to do something about it, even when it is their job. This place is so totally ghetto and awful I would never recommend it to anyone.

When I lived here back, back in 2006, my car was a hit a total of 4 times. No joke. 4 hit and runs during the night hours. This was the most terrible complex I ever lived at in my entire life.
