This place sucks!

I live in a 2-story townhome here and we've had nothing but trouble. The only reason we've stayed here, almost a year, is because of our lease. Thank God it is up in 2 months!
1. There was an AC leak from the first day that slowly dripped water down by the front door. They merely plugged the tiny hole and it has since spread over that whole area so much that it finally all came down one day, plaster and all.
2. The bathroom floor was squishy near the tub and my foot finally went through it, just above where the dining room ceiling was leaking badly and had to be repaired a month earlier.
3. The dishwasher had dirt/sand all in it from the bad pipes and had to be replaced.
4. Only 3 eyes on the stove work and the oven burns everything because all the dials on the stove/oven are from another appliance.
5. The front door was a small gap at the bottom where you can actually see light coming through and the both sliding doors to the patio and balcony are VERY hard to close...and don't seal.
6. When it rains, my patio has about 3 inches of water from the small incline it has and it doesn't help the drain gutter on the balcony is rotting through so, when it rains, I can't even stand on the balcony because it's pouring so bad *through* the wood above.
7. The floor creaks, the stairs creak....the wood underneath is all rotting.
8. You have to call maintenance a day ahead of time for any problems because they never show up that day, and when they do the next day, it's always a quick fix for the symptoms and never for the problem. They barely speak English so you can't explain everything to them that needs to be done.
9. They constantly keep changing the days of when rent and electric are due. They've been through 3 electric readers in less than one year due to problems (')
10. The people that live here (and work here, I guess) don't care about the place. It's nasty and very trashy all around the grounds. They let their pets and kids run free and they're constantly just throwing trash/paper wherever they want. The grounds are muddy and the sidewalks are covered with mud and dirt - barely any grass growing and if so, it's in patches.
11. The police are constantly coming here for disputes and questionable behavior of people hanging around outside selling drugs.
12. Parking sucks! They have about 6 visitor parking spots for an entire back section of about 30 apartments and if a friend isn't parked there, they will be towed and have to pay $800 to get their car back. (happened to a friend of mine)
13. The tiny laundry rooms they offer smell like sewer water and the machines are constantly broken. We've had to go to an actual laundrymat to do laundry all year.
I would actually list more, but I'm waiting on maintenance to show up to fix my caved in ceiling from the AC leak. They came in late yesterday afternoon, after I called them 4 times all day long, and tore it all down but since it was 5:30pm, they left it for the next day.
We are currently speaking to a tenant/landlord lawyer about getting out of our lease and possibly filing for undue stress/dangerous tenant conditions charges. All of this is being documented in case someone from the front office decides to take some kind of retribution for this review, and the propery owners have been found and will be contacted soon.
