Great community, beware your neighbors

I'm leaving Northbridge after a little over a year. I have felt very safe here, and have never had any problems. The location is ideal, because it is close to SMU, Northpark, and 75. Mailboxes are located right in the breezeway, which is very convenient too.
Beware of the parking situation--someone warned me about the lack of parking before I moved in, and I reserved a spot. The lack of parking is especially annoying for guests. I do think this varies depending on which part of the complex your building is in (I was in #15).
The property allows pets, so watch out if you have large dogs above you. I recently had new neighbors move in above me, and their two dogs are ridiculously loud. They are always barking and sprinting across the apartment. Walking noise from my neighbors is also bad, and the apartments are not sound proof.
The main pool area is great, but it does get very crazy in the summer. If you want a relaxing pool scene, Northbridge is not for you. It's a party every Saturday and Sunday during the summer. It got a little out of hand this past summer, and Village security guards often stayed on post at the pool.
