Run while you can, If they run their apartments anything like they pay their bills your in trouble. They owes us over $800.00 and I'll be lucky if I get it anytime soon.

The former owner (Winston Capital, which basically was absentee most of the time) has defaulted on the mortgage. The complex itself is now shut down, vacant, with a lot of asbestos and other issues.
