I moved in these apartments in March of 2004. I was on the third floor thinking I was away from every type of noise and break ins. My neighbors below me argued everynight around 2 in the morning. Three months after I had been there mty apartment got broken into at 12 in the afternoon, but no one saw anything or heard anything. The lease office saw the man in the apartments going thru different complexes scoping the place out and did not call the police. Thanks a lot!!! How can you take a big screen t.v. 3 flights of stairs and not see where it went. Then come to find out the maintenance man's son was involoved in a lot of break in's in the apartments and some of the men over there beat his ass. Good for him!!!. Finally when I moved out they stuck me with a bill for over 300 talking about damages in the apartments, so it went to collection and there reason for not sending it to my new address or calling me they did not have that information. I had only been gone for two weeks and all the information was the same. The collection agency sure call me on my cell phone, why could they call me too. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

I agree with you 100% because my neighbor's apartment got broken in during the day and no one knew about it. I had to break my lease after a few months. I recommend stay at home and blast whoever comes in unwelcomed, that will show their ass. Then break your lease!!!!

I have lived here several years,and have never had any problems.I even moved my mother in the same bldg to help take care of her. the maintenance have been very helpful. the house keeper even took care of my mother when I was out of town. it's sad to say that SOME people respond negativly because they got put out or didnt want to follow the rules.

The reason why no one saw the break ins, is because people WORK during the day. I know it's hard to grasp the concept that people have to work for a living instead of living off of the government...... get renters insurance!!!! What do you want the office to do post a maintenance man in front of your door all day? Then you would complain about work orders not being done!!!
