Texas Property Code and the Residents are Violated Here

As a manager in the business I would never recommend this place and feel sincerely sorry for the residents who must endure the incompetance that this property staff and management displays. There are particular processes and procedures that must be followed in order to evict, discontinue allocated services, lock out a resident, and lein property (as well as a list of items they can even take). Scare tactict seem to work unfortunately for this low class management staff. It's sad to see that there is not enough education for the public let them know what are proper procedures as well as ethics. Obviously, the manager as well as the management company has no business ethics, morales or wish to succeed in the multihousing industry. Without residents you do not have a community.
It is true however on behalf of the apartment industry, you must pay rent on time or you can be locked out of your apartment (temporarily until you request a key that must be given upon request at any time), have your property removed (peacefully, without the office taking down your door and they can only take particular approved items by the TAA), and they can evict you (this usually takes 1-4 weeks depending on the courts). Don't let this company scare you! If you have a problem with this community please respond to this posting so that we can build an even larger case!
