It's not that bad. All of my complaints/problems have been handled quickly.Assigned parking works well with cooperative neighbors.My biggest complaint is the neighborhood-too much late night activity at neighboring apts---questionable prostitution...Prime example--Condoms To Go store around the corner! Not recommended for young families, otherwise ok if you stay away from the really cheap apts....
