This complex is horrible. The staff is not only unprofessional but most are highly incompetent. I have requested that maintenance issues be handled and some were but others are totally ignored, of course the ones ignored would most likely be costly.
Several buildings have major foundation problems (walls cracking apartment shifting)
And the neighborhood is like the projects, prostitution, drug dealing and many burglaries. I think the city is trying to clean up the neighborhood and granted I have seen progress but I will move as soon as I am able. Only a couple of people I have spoken to are happy with this staff and complex. The only flowers in the landscaping that brighten up the place are of course smack dab in front of the office so they can enjoy them. And that is another thing the landscaping company is a little scary looking. I also had an incident with maintenance where they needed to send an outside company in to handle the problem and when they came I was sleeping and did not hear the door, well they had given this man (scary looking again) a key and there was not a staff member with him. Mind you I am a female who lives alone. I could probably sue them over that one. The insulation is horrible I am heating or cooling the outside as well as the inside (this issue was brought to their attention with no results)

Paces Cove's goal is customer satisfaction and we are regretful that you are not experiencing our level of service. Please feel free and call the Manager so the community may have an opportunity to remedy any concerns.

Our Maintenance Supervisor has been with the community for 4 years and in the industry for 20 plus. We receive many compliments for the 24hr. response to service requests. We also have an on-site CARES team that conducts follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Generally when apartment communities are built they put the flower beds in the front area and tree park-like areas within the community. If you would like flowers put in front of your apartment home please feel free to call the office and we will gladly install Begonias. Our landscaper is a Dallas-based company specializing in multi-family (apartments). They are in full uniforms and only drive company vehicles on the community.

We encourage you to contact the office we would love the opportunity to remedy your concerns.

I took your advice and contacted the manager of the complex. Guess what?? Nothing was remedied. As far as maintenance you give a description of Louis, he is wonderful, I adore him, that was not my complaint - you sent an outside contractor into my apartment and I was there sleeping - I believe legally a Paces Cove employee is to accompany any outside contractor to the unit! What on earth is this follow-up to ensure satisfaction, I can assure you I have NEVER had someone follow-up! I believe the CARES team is a religous group that in now way works for Paces Cove?? As far as the flowers - how patronizing- I do not want them put in front of my apartment, you advertise the "Beautiful Landscaping" and I hate to inform you but that is false advertisment. Once again - patronizing sweetheart I know what multi-family (apartments)means I can ASSURE you my education well surpasses yours - that is evident in your career choice. Again, false statement your landscaping employees are NOT in full uniform, yes they only drive a company vehicle on property because they are all piled into one truck. As to how professional they are, I left my unit to run an errand and low and behold there were approx. 7-8 hispanic men sleeping in a grassy area of the complex located right off the parking lot/driveway. Real classy I suppose that service is pretty pricey. That is one area Paces Cove definately has mastered - finding the cheapest avenue to do things. That is evident in many areas. I failed to mention in my last posting the filthy laundry room - washers smell, several leaks making puddles throughout and theft of your clothes. Let me also throw out there an employee living on property who was "passed out" drunk on the curb in front of her apartment. Class act - you may want to screen your employees it is worth the extra expense. You may want to ensure that your complex is up to the standard codes, that would be a shame if the complex was closed down by the city. I would say you have set an unattainable goal of customer satisfaction. I would be willing to bet the positive ratings and postings are from your staff and friends. That had to be the worst place I have ever lived. Unfortunately I had to live in an apartment complex while waiting for a house I was having built to be completed.
Have a great day!!
