I beleive that these apartments are section 8. They look nice but there is an ant problem and also a horrible noise problem. There are some cases where guys will sit in their cars for about an hour just blasting their car sound system. Security is good at responding to calls too. There is new staff and THEY ARE VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!!!! I miss the old staff horribly. :( I am going to definately move. It is sad that people have to move way north to get away from crime. Dallas is becoming one huge section 8 project and it has already hit these apartments. Also a black man was peeping through my window when I was changing. Now I'm scared for my safety. Also everytime I go to my car I expect to not see it there or a window broken. It's only a matter of time. There is major theft. The maintenance is very rude as well and I would be careful about leaving luxury items out if you call maintenance to fix something while you aren't there. Avoid this place especially if you're a single white female. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Grow up, every where you go their are gonna be rude, loud, and maybe even some peepers. I live at Paces Cove and I don't see people sitting out with loud music, I come home at 2 or 3 in the morning and its very quite.

I do not think these are Section 8 apartments because many, if not most, of the residents are single or live as couples. While I do not agree that everywhere you go people are going to be rude and loud, I have not seen that happen too often here. Also, are your windows covered so no one can see in? If not, why would you dress in front of them? Have you had anything stolen? While this is not the very best neighborhood, it is not as bad as you fear. I live on the ground floor and have never had anyone try to break in, have not had really rowdy neighbors and, like the other respondent says, I can come home at 1 or 2 a.m. and feel pretty safe. I think you might be just a little too paranoid. And racist.

oh my god. are you serious?? Please take your priveleged white ass---which may I say is ignorant and quite unabashedly racist...and go on ahead and get out. How stupid can one person get? ps: don't be an idiot, and don't change infront of a window---people will look...male, female, black, white or alien. Ok?

No, not everywhere you live or go is going to be rude, loud, and I don't want peepers staring at me when I am getting dressed. Since when is it okay to not want to get dressed in your own house that you pay for with money you worked hard for? Most rooms have windows and if they did not you would be complaining about not having windows. I won't even touch the racist issue except to say that in the same statement where it was claimed there is a racist comment in the first sentence.

FYI thieves are colorblind. With that being said why should it even matter what color you are.I am a black single female. Should I feel safe with someone peeping because my skin is darker? What an ignorant comment from an adult. I lived in Paces Cove for 2 years and it went pretty well. I can say with the office staff changing I ran into serveral problems with them upating their system. They worked with me even though I was a college student and had no rental history and they even allowed me to have my huge dog.Everything was great until the end when new management came. There were a few car burglaries. But I have learned that it doesnt matter what part of town you are no one is 100% completely safe.
