Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2009
 
I'm currently at Pace's Cove. When I moved in, the property was decent However, now I would not recommend ANYONE to move in this area... There is prostitution, drug dealing, violence (which was on the news), lack of customer service and maintenance is limited. I'm trying to move out as I type this message. LOOKS are deceiving at this property DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!
