I will not be renewing my lease here! As of this morning our vehicle was broken in to, the window smashed, stereo gone. What's ironic is that it will cost more to replace the window than it will to replace the stereo. I despise people who are thieves of any sort. This is just a realy crummy part of town. No matter how many new apts. or condos they are building it is still right around the corner from the projects. They try to make the projects look nice too but that is only a facade. If you drive through them you will see trash and guetto mobiles everywhere. In the future I will definetly pay the extra $$ to live in a nice area.

I agree completly. Just wait till they smash your apatrment window and steel your TV so the arse holes can buy more drugs and sit around and play playstation 3.
