Every bad thing that has been said is TRUE. I've been here 3 years and have watched it go down hill. Gangbangers and hookers are starting to move in. at least 1 laundry room had 7 out of 10 machines broken into trying to get the quarters (at the same time!!) it is not safe to live here! I'm moving shortly.

How do you expect to be taken seriously with the username of pantslizard?
Apparently you like something about the apartments to stay there for 3 years. If you have been unhappy for the duration then why has it taken you so long to react?
How do you know about hookers and gandbangers? I live here and I have children and I have not been bothered once by anyone. Not everyone is perfect and that's what makes the world go round.

Happyrenter.. Bullcrap!!! WTF you do, work for the office?!?!
I've lived here over 3 years, and have seen it go down hill within the last 2 years... ever since tey started only going back 1 YEAR on your credit history..!!!
The Management only cares about renting to anyone that can pay the rent.. we'll see how long you stay a "Happyrenter" once the majority of the residential make up is of the lower quality of human beings..!
Take a quick trip over to Forest Lane and see what a hell-hole that area has become.. so that you can be prepared for the near future here..
Pitbulls, bad a** kids and yes, drug dealers.. these are the signs that things, they are a changing..! I just purchased a fire-arm for the 1st time in my life, becaues I aint going out without a fight..

happyrenter...I'm glad your happy. I've been talking to my neighbors, I'm not alone in my views. you'll be staying, we'll be leaving, it's already started...good luck.
