The Park was my first apartment in Dallas. Safety was a major issue in this property, and it seemed like I had a crime notice on my door at least once a month. They ranged from car break-ins to apartment break-ins by armed men while the residents were home. After I left the Park, one of my friend's neighbor's door was kicked in, and the apartment was robbed.

The interiors are nothing special. Very few apartments are updated, and sound insulation is lacking. I wouldn't recommend the first floor if you have neighbors above you.

The location is very convenient, and you can walk to everything you could need.
