BEWARE!!! This place promotes and makes promises they do not uphold. I was told before I moved in my apt would be 100 percent operational. I did not have a shower for over 2 weeks and the response from the manager was, "oh I forgot". This was told to me not once, but twice. There are other tenants currently there that are waiting for repairs or appliance replacement and have been told the workorder is on order; however, the item(s) are sitting in storage due to their laziness. Tenants have addressed the property of being taken advantage by hustlers and street people that go through the fences. Nothing has been done; it's still going on.
