I never lived in this apartment complex, but I did go take a look. Let me first say I don't need someone to hold my hand and whisper sweet nothings in my ear, nor do I need five start treatment and gilded ceilings to be happy. The apartments seemed conveniently located, reasonably price, and they had garages which were incredibly important to my boyfriend who I looked at this property with. On that Monday afternoon we arrived and were greeted by one of the staff who seemed so incredibly inconvenienced by having to answer our basic questions such as, "How does the properties water bill work'" to which she replied, "What are you looking for'" (mind you we had just explained to her how we were trying to leave our current apartments for problems with this very thing) and then she gave us a very sketchy scammy breakdown of their own water bill. Apparently $60 water bills are pretty common to this complex to which she did attest."Do your garages have outlets'", to which she replied with a long pause of annoyance and " I don't know... I guess I could check, they are really far away though." She was more interested in writing our information down than discussing what we were looking for as she continually cut us off in mid sentence to ask about how we know about the management company. The apartments were depressing, the grounds were unimpressive, and it was located within a large community of other apartments. So if you leave the confines of your apartment, say to go for a walk you get to enjoy looking at other mediocre stucco boxes. I don't feel I have really portrayed how inconvenienced the staff member seemed by our presence now that I've reread this post. But, trust me it gave me such a bad feeling, and it seemed like the type of place you would constantly have to fight with the staff to get satisfactory service. I made the mistake of living in a similar scenario , and it sucks. Having to worry about the place you live is the last thing you want to come home to. Don't do it to yourself.
