These are honest observations and not deflamatory remarks. These are actual things that have happened to me or others at this complex. First of all, I had my apartment broken in to. Fortunately the police were able to get the guy who had broken in to another apartment complex next door. There have been other instances of theft and vandalism in this complex. A new addendum added to my new lease is that, if the washer or dryer breaks down and can not be fixed...it will NOT be replace by them. You will have to buy your own machine! Do not be fooled by their ads saying that the washer and dryer are included. They are as long as they keep working and these machines have been here for years. The parking is just nuts. There is no assigned parking so even if you pay rent, you'll be parking in BFE. The entrance and exit policy is wack also. Make sure they tell you bout that when you first walk in. Started out great. Thats why I stayed so long. That and I couldn't afford to move at the time. Forget it now. I'm ready to move!
