I would not recommend these apartments to any one I wouldnt live there for free. I had a one year lease that just ended thank god, turned in 3 gate remotes one of them extra that I bought from the management due to me missplacing the original and later finding it again they told me if i returned all 3 remotes i would be credited my 50 bucks.2 set of keys since I had a 2 bedroom and all.I left the apartment clean even had the carpet like new just to avoid any penalties. I wasnt expecting my deposit back because they always find some dumb excuse but soon later recieved a letter stating I owed 6.50 for a water bill and damages even though i had two months not living there . Went and talked to the assistant manager and told him that they owed me money he said he didnt remember if I turned in all my remotes. Said he would disregard the 6.50 and would call me to let me know about the remote issue never got back to me. So now I recieved a collection letter for $13.50 claiming to ruin my credit for 6.50 I owed If i would of known he would of done that I would of slapped 6.50 in his face but thats what i get for believing them. Way overpriced 900 for a 2 bedroom plus 75 for a garage because they never have parking found a better looking and cheaper 1 bedroom in downtown dallas where they have nice views not a view of walmart by the way if you do move in dont let them charge you 25 bucks for a view by the way when we first moved in they even had rats laundry room is lame 1 person cant even fit in there, dont offer cable only at&t and dishnetwork because they have a contract with them to only provide their services.
