Q: Internet service at Southside on Lamar
A: I have lived here six years. When I moved in someone told me (actually I think it was on an email list like this) you could also get ATT which is now SWBell. But it seems that Grande is the default unless you ASK for something else. I run ten websites, so internet connection is critical to me. I have been VERY satisfied with ATT. Q: Do you ever hear live music coming from surrounding clubs, or from Urban Market?

Q: What is the crime statistics for the Triden Village Apts in Dallas, TX
A: You can go to the main office off of Timberglen and ask to see their crime statistics. They keep a book of all crime activity there. The leasing office is not allowed to give you stats but they can direct you to the book. Also, you can go onto the dallas police website and check for all kinds of crime in that area. When I lived there there were some break ins. Since I have moved I have heard there was a drug raid there. The thing you have to understand is that crime is everywhere. Q: How are the people in the office?
A: I don't know how it is now but when I stayed there I had ongoing trouble with tennants and noise, drug dealing, shootings, break ins. I also thought some of the staff could care less, they were probaly just there until a better job came along. I went through 2 property management companies when I was there and 3 managers. I finally left and moved to the fairways apts at Ponte vedra beach, the rent went up about 120 a month but at least its very nice and enjoyable and most of all its safe. No thugs at that place.
