I have only been here for a couple of months, but its not so bad. The ofc staff is friendly but I do agree that maintenance is slow to come and fix things. Other than the kids when they first get out of school, it is pretty quiet. I like the parking because i can look right out my window at my car. So so far I would say its not a bad place if on a budget like me. The apartments are big and spacious as well and the rent is not that high so come and take a look before judging.
