Moved in a couple of weeks ago and the location is great, everything you need is within a few blocks(i.e. restaurants, bars, grocery.) Apartment had some maintenance issues upon arrival but staff fixed them the same week. Mini store on site is a nice convenience. Noise is about what you would expect living next to McKinney, but it's not too bad Sunday-Wed. I drive a civic which is probably the cheapest car in the garage here, but that didn't some great citizens from breaking into within my first two weeks. Ameneties are nice, as another reivewer said you can see where they tried to cut a few corners. Overall, a good place to live outside garage security.
