Preston Bend

Pretty nice place to live... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I am currently living at Preston Bend... I am pretty satisfied with the community. There is always going to be downfalls anywhere you live. The office staff is very nice (especially Becky) She has really done everything to help me out with payments and stuff. The maintenance crew is very quick on coming to fix stuff. The parking does suck late at night.. there is no where to park after 10 pm it seems like. They have been getting new paint on the buildings and it has been an on going project since November of 2006 which is kinda annoying with all the painters and noise everywhere, but it will look nice in the end. I have had some problems with ants and crickets, but I think its a Texas thing!!! My apartment is VERY nice and clean, it was when I moved in as well.
