We stayed at preston bend for over 5 years. For the most part experience has been great. Mantainance had been great. The only thing bothering was breaking in the house. There needs to be some measures taken to prevent this from happening.

Yes, the address is very familiar to me - on police reports. Since Katrina and Sec 8 housing in the area, plus the InTown motel nearby, things will only get worse.
