Preston Point Apartments

If you want to keep your sanity do not rent from Preston Pointe! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   If you are looking for a place where the managers are professional and get the job done immediately do not rent from Preston Pointe. I have rented from preston Pointe for 1 1/2 years. The apartment staff are very unprofessional and late with fulfilling orders. I had a problem with my washing machine and it took them 2 1/2 weeks for them to send someone out to check on it and another week to replace it. Cars are always being towed and to retrieve your car you have to pay an outstanding amount. There is always construction going on and one may be more than likely to drive in a crack or hole in the property. Mainteance is like a joke. They don't come out when you call; they come when they are ready. The lady that collects the rent is really rude and obnixious. The amount that Preston Pointe will require you to pay for rent is not worth it. The apartments are in bad condition and they can not do the simple things and that is keeping the apartment attractive looking. Everytime in the summer ants come in my bathroom around the tub and the sink area and office management tell me to get ant baits. They say they can not control the ant problem; the ant's come when there is plenty of construction going on. The front of my car got caught on a hook on the gate used to enter and exit the apartment complex. However, it was not my fault. When I was exiting the gate the hook caught my car and I could not move it was like my car stopped. Preston Pointe did not reimburse me and afterwards they started putting up signs around the apartment complex that said if my chance your car occurs damages from the gate it is not their responsibility. Neighbors, that is another case. They all are too noisey and they leave there property loking like crap. Please do not rent from here...you will regret it!!!
