While we were doing a full investigation of one of their neighboring properties we noticed that this other property is also located in a very upscale neighborhood,(North Dallas/Addison). What we coudn't understand is why is the gate open all day and night, the parking lot full of potholes, the swimming pool extremely dirty, and a Jacuzzi that is about to hurt someone. we asked a few residents how much they pay for their HOAs and how prompt this property is addressing condo living issues and we received several points of views that will require further investigation with the property management/HOA. We will be airing a new tv spot about condo/apartment living in the next few months, and this will be the first property on the show. If you have ever seen Parking Lot Wars, or Operation Repo shows on cable this will be similar and will provide the same type of entertainment. As far as rating this property, I will give it a 3 star for being in the neighborhood, but for the poor upkeep.

dear KDFW, I'm recently new to the Dallas area and have viewed countless apartments. I looked at PRC last week and was utterly shocked. The price is excellent but the outside conditions are less than desireable. I purposely drove by in the evening, to verify if the gates remained opened....they were indeed closed. The apartment business in Dallas is quite interesting: from leaky ceilings, held deposits and unprofessional leasing agents/management, its really hard to find a decent place in a decent neighborhood, that you can call your Home. I hope your program will assist some of us who are dilgently looking an opportunity to find that hidden gem that we hope exists.
