Moved in with many updae promises. My condo is nice only because I have spent much of my money on updates. Staff pretends to be friendly but runs from you when you ask for something. Grounds and property could be nice with limited upgrades. I could live in something much nicer for about the same price elswhere but the location is great and I live in hope that some of the upgrades will happen. Also, even thought the unit has w/d , dishwasher etc. The dishwasher and fridg are circa 1980's and the stove, while new, does not match the rest of the appliances.

I think you missed the point,the stove is NEW and the other appliances work. They don't match? As each thing is replaced it is replaced with NEW. Be happy your not on lower greenville where they are replaced with used :)
