I have lived here for 3 years and couldn't be more happy. Our apt. is very spacious and I love the location. You can't beat it for the price! The ladies in the office are always very nice and sincerely care about the people that live here. I have only called maintenance once and they were wonderful and then followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was fine. I would recommend living here to anyone who wants to be in North Dallas. Sincerely, J.V.
