Out of all the apts that I've ever lived in, I was most pleased and happy here. The apts are exceptionally spacious for the $$ and have character; your not living in a cookie-cutter apt. They are on the older side so your electric bill my run high (depending on your apt location), but mgt does a great job of quickly handling repairs and you don't have the crime and typical problems that you would encounter with other older/less expensive complexes. It's quiet and neighbors are respectful and polite; even wave to you when you drive in. I'm pleased to see the renovations progressing and know that it will improve the property ten-fold. Sue, Joanne, Carlos and Pedro rock! Great place to live!
