I lived in a townhome that leaked so bad around the window in the kitchen. When I moved into the place.. It was so dirty. After 2 weeks they finally sent a cleaning crew that did a half ass job. The dryer vent was so clogged up that it burned the dryer after the fist use. The downstairs toilet leaked.. When the repairmen was taking out the toilet he hit the wall and my mantel clock that belonged to my grandparents that passed away came crashing down. Damaged the cabinet and refussed to do anything. It got to everytime I went to the office I was Ignored. My neighbors moved in and had issues also.. after contacting a lawyer they got out of the property within 2 month after moving in. Parking is a -----. Oh And can't forget the main gate that is ALWAYS OPEN. Its a shame.. Nice room condo's but poor management.

It sounds like whomever wrote this review was just mad at someone in the office or something because none of the ratings are accurate! The staff (office and maintenance) are wonderful, friendly people who are always helpful whenever I have come in. The main gate that's supposedly "always open", yeah, that's open during the daytime hours so children can load/unload into the school buses! It closes every night and you must have the code to get in. And the business about their neighbors getting a lawyer and moving out 2 months later? That's not for them to discuss as it doesn't pertain to them,(and I'm pretty sure it's a lie). Hmmm, I just looked at years at this apartment and it's less than a year. I'm guessing this anonymous reviewer most likely got evicted and is trying to hurt a good property's reputation out of spite... DON'T LISTEN TO THEM! MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 3 YEARS AND WE LOVE IT!

Thats BULLCRAP. I know what I went through as a renter there. Also Yes my Neighbors did hire a attorney to get out of there lease because of poor maintance. OH I did forget to tell my car got broke into. I followed there rules and NEVER recieved my deposit back. As far as the gate I don;t think I ever saw it closed. Parking Is horrable.. I was NEVER so happy to leave this place.

Well anonymous, it sounds like you are just mad at the world. I have lived here for two years and have not had any problems. The management team lives on-site are very nice and receptive to their tenants problems. As, for the gate always being open, it is open in the day. It closes at 7:00pm, then you need a code to get in. I moved from one unit to another and received my deposit back from the old unit(because we cleaned it before we turned the key in). It sounds like you were the problem.
