Pros:
- The Management - Very Nice People, willing to help out anyway they can!
- Grounds/Maintenance - Everything is well kept, despite being an older complex (that alone makes it a good apartment)
- Parking - plenty of parking to go around (no parking fees either)

Cons
- Bugs - I have ants periodically - really not that bad
- Safety is starting to be concern since the area is declining. The key word is starting to be a concern, it is still not really a concern and I hestitated towards even listing this as a con.

I still feel comfortable enough to stay here. I would suggest this place to anyone.
