Preston Townhomes

Just right! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I searched 52 apartments before settling into my townhome. It is PERFECT for a single person that doesnt want to be bothered with loud kids, rude neighbors, and a bunch of traffic running in and out. I am a 30 something professional, and this one bedroom townhouse is FABULOUS. Its quiet during days and evenings. All the amenities are adequate and modern in comparison to other apartment homes for the price, ( Washer and Dryer INCLUDED!) Maintenance and staff are nice to work with. Parking can be a pain since there isnt assigned parking and SOME neighbors are idiots and take up two spots, but otherwise very well lit and ample.
