I love the layout, price, and the fact that it is well lit after hours. The only thing that bothers me is the noise level during the day. I work the graveyard shift and have to sleep during the day. If the walls aren't thumping, the leafblowers are going. As I type, I've been listening to the leafblower for about an hour while trying to sleep and I have to work tonight. The inconsiderate neighbors stop the thumping after being told to for a few weeks and then start up again when they feel enough time has passed. They made the mistake once though of shaking my walls when the maintenance guy was over and he even said it was ridiculous that I had to endure that and went straight to the office to let them know how bad it was...that problem has been resolved for the time being but it took multiple complaints for them to get the message. Also, lots of yipper dogs that need to be muzzled. Some people here apparently think they live in a house with no neighbors on either side. The staff is understanding though and will help when they can, they just can't be there all the time.
