My husband and I are in the one bedroom/one bath floor plan. The first few days we were good. Then one day I ran the dishwasher while we went out. When we came back the floor was soaked. We cleaned it up and called in the work order. They didn't come for a few days because we weren't there to let them in. (Maintence doesn't work weekends -_-) So that weekend our pantry door got stuck. My husband had to literally remove the door from the hinges to get to our food and medication. He had to kinda rig the door knob so it wouldn't get stuck anymore. They fixed the leak 3 days later and when my husband told the maintence guys about the pantry door they said "oh we only got the work order for the leak" Funny, because I called the office 3 days before they came to tell them what we went thru with the pantry door. Anyways, so they left and our pantry door knob is still rigged. Our front door isn't insulated very well and I just know I'm going to be horrified when I see the electric bill.
Other than that the floorplans are really big for the price and the patio's are a good size. They are pet friendly, and I've never gotten an attitude from the office. Vikki is really nice and upbeat, I haven't had to deal with Melissa much. She's quiet, still no problems there.The parking lot and walk ways are VERY well lit. I really appreciate that because being a lady I'm kinda scared walking my dogs at night no matter where I am.
Our neighbors aren't very social. It seems like everyone likes to keep to themselves. Which isn't a problem but the occasional "Hi" would be nice. The parking is ok. If you get there past 7pm chances are you won't get to park close to your building. It's never really noisy. I don't ever hear banging stereo systems or yelling. People don't hang out in the parking lot (atleast not that I know of).
