I only lived there three months. Although the staff was okay, the maintenance was horrible. Unfortunately there was heavy rains and my apartment was flooded, even though I was at the top of the hill the complex was on! I do not understand how this happened! And, even though I kept calling about maintenance to come fix my carpet they never did. They tried to charge me for new carpet to the whole place saying it was my fault for the carpet ruined by the rain! They dropped that charge but still charged me for cleaning. Not great. Pro: loved the carpet before it was ruined. Cons: sketchy neighbors, bad maintenance, pool dirty, loud music, no laundry facilities.
