This apartment community is horrible (so far it is the worst I've had to deal with) I would not recommend it to anyone. The apartment itself was very nice, but the fact that the community was full of rude, ignorant, and very inconsiderate individuals took away all the beauty of the apartment. First of all the management team changed at least 4 times during the year I lived there. Management was very uncaring, complaints would go unoticed for days, and sometimes forgotten altogether. If you had a maintenance request you would have to call them several times, just to get it taken care of. The community itself was always trashy, rude neighbors loitering, blasting music, leaving garbage all over the property. The laundry room was broken into and vandalized. The mailroom was broken into and mail was stolen. There was never any parking, because the designated visitor parking area became obsolete, when people's visitors started doing whatever they wanted to do (guess management didn't want to put in the effort to actually enforce the rules). The noise level was ridiculous, especially between the hour of 9pm and 5am, and don't bother calling security or reporting the incident to management, because unless you knew the apartment number of the individual who was actually causing the disturbance, there was nothing they could do. During the day the noise was even worse, and again, don't bother management with your complaints, because there's nothing they can do. They advertise that the community is gated, but the gate never works, so cars are cruising and/or speeding through the community (with the music blasting, of course)non-stop.
If you're looking for a place with noisy neighbors, loud individuals cursing and fighting througout the night, people loitering and drinking, loud music at any given moment(day or night, to the point where the whole apartment vibrates), no place to park, lazy/unconcerned management team (that could change at the drop of a hat), and a maintenance team that will help at their convenience then this is the community for you.
