When I moved in, the upstairs bathtub leaked into the wall, causing flooding upstairs and downstairs alike. The upstairs bedroom's outside-access door was useless until I installed a new doorknob/lock because no one seemed to have a key, and, although the apts. said they'd fix it, they never did. I finally fixed it for $7. The AC didnt heat evently. The apts. were very very slow to respond to maintenance requests, and rarely fixed anything right the first time, assuming they even responded at all. The cable jacks downstairs were broken, and there weren't any upstairs. Free cable, eh' Hardly. The phone jack upstairs didn't work, probably because it'd been painted over so many times. These folks never heard of painter's tape. The sink upstairs made this godawful noise when you turned the water on/off. The railing on my stairs inside the apt. was loose/coming detached from the wall.

There were prostitutes walking up and down forest and audelia 24x7, and let's say it was very easy to buy drugs, as a specialty item, in and around the 7-11 down the street. Police turn a blind eye to crime and mischief in this neighborhood. I believe law is for hire in this 'hood. There are ------houses in this complex, and it's definitely not safe for children.

If you like living in a ghetto-fabolus paradise of trash, this is the community for you. If you're a hard-working respectable individual, keep on looking. You'll want to move out of this hellhole before you even finish unloading your u-haul.
