Bad management uses intimidation to get you to leave if they think you are a problem because you make to many maintenance requests. Has roach infestations and you have to beg to get your apartment sprayed because they don't do it on a routine basis. Lied about the amenities. No temperature control in the hallways, during the summer it's extemely hot and very cold in winter. When complained about was told it they keep it cold to keep down the viruses to protect the elderly residents. Most residents are elderly and disabled and there is not enough handicap parking. You have to beg to get an assigned spot. To many fire alarms in the middle of the night do to inadequte and improper ventalation. High electric bills!
