I had hired professional cleaners for the entire apt when I left, but they still sent me a list of 'cleaning' fees. They had reported to the credit bureau since I told them to **** themselves.

Who's the greedy A-hole then? 9 times out of 10 if you go in and get their side of the story calmly, they will help you out.
