I called and asked rent amounts and info on a two bedroom. Molly told me she had something to show, and when I got there she pretended that she didn't know who I was, after I had talked to her like 10 mins before! I'm thinking is this lady bi-polar or what''' She later apologized because Tina had the keys and she didn't wanna tell anyone they were incompetent! I came back later in the day to view an apt. Molly got the keys, reprimanded a child for coming in the office to buy candy or something, opened the door to show me an apts and then farted, and left me in the wind of her to smell that crap! She didn't even apologize!!!! How unprofessional is THAT! She told me to invest in rental insurance. Molly showed me two models then sat down on the sofa like she didn't wanna leave while talking to me! I had to tell her that I was ready to go. It get's pretty noisey when the kids get off of the bus, but that is to be expected.

She informed me that they don't rent out the models and that I couldn't see my unit until I paid a deposit and they'd have to make it ready. I didn't wanna rent from someone who has no respect for me as a possible renter, because It would be worse if I decided to lease with these idiots!!! Ghetto guys were coming outside left and right. The office is hidden by trees and running water. As I left the apts complex I felt like I had stepped outside the twilight zone....literally! I'll never forget Molly as long as I live.
