Reflections at Chatham Court

Awful move out! From: moneyallgone Date posted: 4/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I moved out of this complex a month ago, and I'm glad! The experience living there was actually pretty good, but the final cost of moving out is getting ridiculous! They're trying to charge me for the costs of rennovating the entire apartment! They gave me a cleaning charge of $50, okay that's fine. But they decided to replace perfectly fine carpet, replace all of the apartment countertops, and replace some of the doors. A total of $654. The staff is being totally unreasonable, saying that because I put a couple of new statins on the carpet (next to a few existing stains), I should pay for the entire place to be re-carpeted. I don't think so! Watch out for the trouble of trying to leave this place with money in your bank account!
